Seal Your Entire Look with a Topcoat.Dip the tip of a plastic cuticle pusher, which comes in the Sally Hansen I Heart Nail Art Beads Kit, into the topcoat and then into the plate of studs to pick up a single stud with ease. Lastly, apply the beads to your nails by creating a line of three to four of them up the center of your nail, and then add two on each side in line with the spaces to complete the look.
