Your eating habits are the most important if you want to have a glowing skin that looks spotless and fresh at all times. No matter what type of skin you have, even if it is oily, dry or a combination of both, fruits and vegetables are the thing for you. Make sure you have proper portions of veggies and fruits in your meals everyday and do NOT skip the veggies and fruits part at all as they are a major factor in making our skin look fresh and glowing that is a true blessing. Drink lots and lots of water every day and try to keep a water bottle with you at all times, if you are at work or school. The water intake should be proper along with fresh fruit juices. Avoid oily and sweet things as much as you can in order to have a younger looking and glowing skin that looks really natural.

Workout is the most important thing so make exercise a part of your daily routine. You do not necessarily have to use and be on the machines but can do yoga and aerobics which makes you really healthy from the inside which in turn will show on the outside on your skin. Do not expose your skin to sunlight no matter what. Keep an umbrella with you when you are outside your house, office or school. Sunlight is very harmful for the skin and steals away the entire glow from it.

Use the best quality toners, cleanser and moisturizer at night before going to sleep and avoid over usage of makeup and cosmetics. Stick to natural stuff. Also add scrubbing to your once in a while things to do list. You will have a beautiful, glowing skin within no time and that too, naturally.
