Saluting this strong woman, ELLE, the PARISIAN lifestyle brand in association with Goldrush Entertainment Pvt. Ltd organized India’s first ever stiletto run, 2015 at UB City on 8th March, 2015.

The ELLE Stiletto Run 2015 was dedicated to the progress made by women as well as appreciate examples of courage and strength set by ordinary women in their countries. Commenting on the occasion, Alok Dubey, CEO of ELLE PARISIAN lifestyle brand said, “We, at ELLE, are extremely thrilled about the success of ELLE Stiletto Run 2015. Apart from being a unique cause, the run celebrated the strength, intelligence, beauty and achievements of a woman.
The run saw participation in huge numbers. As a brand, this only encourages us to continue designing chic and elegant collection lines for our inspirational women in India.” To celebrate International Women’s day with much joy, delight and equality, even men got to ‘step into a woman’s shoe’ – quite literally. The male participants were provided stilts to run with and support their women! With online and on spot entries, the run saw some gorgeous women ‘tick-tacking’ their way to the finish line.

Leading the 50 metres run was 34 years old Leanne from South Africa with record time of 21.5 sec, followed by Saraswati at 22.4 sec and Arti Singh at 23.5 sec. With many give aways to spread smiles on this beautiful day, Miss Glamorous was awarded to Neetu Singh and Best dressed to Elixir Nahar.
