Amitabh is thought to have raised deadly calls along with slogans like “Blood for blood/ The Blood stains of Indira Ji must reach the homes of Sikhs”. This apparent slogan of his is suspected to be the cause of the numerous systematic attacks on innocent Sikhs on October 31, 1984.

Many innocent Sikh children, women, homes even their gurdwaras were brutally attacked and they were left homeless and jobless. This complaint against Amitabh Bachchan has been lodged against been lodged under Australia’s “The Criminal Code Act 1995” which states that Australian courts can have jurisdiction against human right violation cases that occurin our outside Australia and this case is one of them even though the riots happened in India.
