3) Choose your drinks wisely:

Alcohol has a potential to create problems for your health. One of its side effect which is more relevant to the subject being discussed here is that alcohol makes you eat food more and encourages your body to burn up to 36 percent less fat and makes you store more of the fat you eat. Furthermore it can inhibit your body’s production of hormones that help burn fat and build muscle. If you manage to control your drinking habit and be little more disciplined when it comes to alcohol then you can eradicate lot of problems. Drink more water instead of alcohol.

4) All fats are not bad:

It is a major miss conception that all fats are bad but matter of fact is that fats found in meat, dairy, avocados, olive oil, and nuts are filling and add flavor to meals, which will help you avoid feeling deprived.

Avocado is mostly good for your health. No matter what your intensions are while eating avocado, it does not harm your body in any sense. Avocado is full with monounsaturated fats (also found in olive oil), which have been linked to lowered LDL cholesterol levels and weight loss.
