Sit in a comfortable pose keeping your eyes closed. Breathe in through your nose and exhale slowly through your nose so that it will take longer time to exhale. While exhaling, make a nasal droning sound varying in frequency from high to low pitch. Breathe again and repeat it about at least seven times, it will massage your brain’s internal organ and will improve their performance.
