Art AttackEvery member of the fairer sex loves to indulge in retail therapy. Women cannot and will never be completely satiated with their desire to shop.

And why should they be? After all the world is filled by innumerable things made especially keeping the different tastes and likes of women all across. One such group of people are those who are the brains behind Art Attack, an exhibition meant to appeal to those women who love to possess those things which are diverse, exclusive and with a perfect hint of chic!

Four young entrepreneurs, all with a common passion come together with Art Attack where they would be putting on a display, an array of products ranging from jewelry to home décor to apparel and handbags. Each brand differentiated, will amalgamate to give the guests a wholesome shopping experience. Shravan Murgai’s exclusive collection of handmade silver jewelry are crafted by the karigars who are experts in making elaborate gold and diamond pieces, thus giving his jewelry line the a very fine finish. His jewelry line ranges from the likes of someone who wishes to wear them for a more traditional occasion and are contrastingly also meant for those who wish to wear something which has a more modern minimalistic appeal.

Vineeta Nair, one of India’s leading bloggers will be displaying an exclusive range of Trays under her brand, Art-N-Light. These trays are kitschy with the perfect blend of tradition with modern art. Sudhir Arora’s JoyStreet is a tasteful handbag collection with varied designs meant for all occasions, including some which are more traditional, to something more modern to something which is particularly stylish. Lastly is the Indian style apparel line called Jigs Collections by Jigna Joisher.

The exhibition is meant to appeal to women of all age groups, right from those who are young and in college, to those young working professionals and also the homemakers.

Art Attack will take place on 19th and 20th July at Aashirvad Art Gallery, 4, Nainik Niwas, Warden Road, Mumbai from 10am to 8pm
