With an interesting panel discussion on home chefs taking on the world and a fun biryani galette cook off, the launch was a huge success amidst much celebration, fanfare and free flowing food and spirits!

The evening kicked off with the grand launch of the Indian Haute Chef line by Chef Ranveer Brar and Mr. Vishal Shah, Founder and CEO, Haute Chef who demonstrated the specialties and convenience of a Haute Chef meal kit, followed by a panel discussion by industry stalwarts such as Chef Deepak Dangde(Executive Sous Chef, Sofitel Mumbai BKC),
Chef Rakhee Vaswani (Palate Culinary Studio and Living Foodz fame), Blogger and Food Critic Ms. Rushina Ghildiyal (APB Cook Studio) Mr. Munaf Kapadia (Bohri Kitchen fame) and of course Mr. Vishal Shah (Owner – Haute Chef)and Chef Ranveer who threw light on the rise of authentic regional cuisine in India.

The ‘Haute Chef cook-off’ was an absolute riot where 20 participants competed to win a weekend stay at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, known for offering a genuine experience of elegant French luxury and the best of local culture in the heart of Mumbai. In addition to the luxurious stay winner will also get a week long supply of Haute Chef Boxes and a fabulous Victorinox knife set as well.
Judged by the Master Chef himself, Chef Ranveer cheered and mentored the participants as they cooked with the signature Biryani Galette with Achaari Watermelon and Tahini Raita Haute Chef kit.
