Fabindia launches its contemporary, western wear brand “FABELS”

With the launch of FABELS, Fabindia, the Indian lifestyle retailer has entered into contemporary western wear market.

Fabindia Goa EventComprising classic western cuts and styles for both, men and women, the line has been developed to appeal to the young urban Indians, increasingly aware and responsive to global trends.

Fabindia Event PicturesThe launch collection has been conceptualised by international designer Alistair Blair, who has been associated with labels such as Dior, Valentino, Givenchy, Cerruti and Chloe and presently lives in Goa.

Fabindia CollectionThe coordinated ensembles on offer include structured jackets, waistcoats, trousers, shirts, skirts, dresses as well as accessories such as scarves, jewellery, bags and shoes. FABELS is also distinguished by the weaves, block prints and hand embroidery techniques that have been used as a part of this premium range of western garments.

Fabindia ModelFABELS will be retailed out of dedicated shop-in-shops created to replicate the fashion shopping experience in ten Fabindia stores across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.
