Q) It is always difficult to leave one’s past behind but it becomes even more when people don’t let you. Do you feel that people (industry insiders) are not letting you move on and offering you more of glamorous roles on purpose?
A) I don’t think that. No has forced me to take the movies I have and I love every one of them. I believe there will be some glamour in all my movies.
Q) You have grown up watching Indian films- who is your favorite actor/actress. Any dream role/script you have in mind which you want to be part of?
A) Aamir khan and Maduri Dixit. I want to play a role of a super hero.
Q) The professional choice that you made for yourself was your decision. Born to a Sikh family (even I belong to the same), how difficult or easy was it to get support from your parents?
A) At first like any parents they were upset but after some time we grew to understand each other. They accepted me for who I was.
